I did an interview with Tegan Lott of the Reality Skimming blog a few days ago, talking about the Friends of the Merril Short Story Contest. That interview is now up on the Reality Skimming website.
There’s some general information covered there, as well as some background information on the contest. But for those of you planning on entering the 2012-2013 FoMSSC, you’re going to want to have a look at the fourth question, wherein best approaches are discussed, and advice is offered.
You can also, if you haven’t already done so, have a look at the FoMSSC website post “An Update on Coming Changes, and the Opportunity to Offer Input” to see what kind of changes have been made, and what changes are under discussion re the next FoMSSC. You should also feel free take the opportunity to offer any input or feedback you have on, or for, the contest, so we can incorporate that into the planning for the 2012-2013 contest.
